I am quoting a medical textbook * for a reason, but first the quotes:" ..the goals of ambulatory medicine are derived from the patient's expectations for activities at home, at work, and in the community. And: "The third general skill that is particularly important in ambulatory medicine is skill in coordinating the patient's care. Coordination of care refers to actions that promote appropriate use of of the variety of services that the patient may need. During the past 20 years, the number of available laboratory and diagnostic services, support services and specialty services has grown enormously. The availability of so many services requires generalists to be prudent in recommending them and in utilizing the information they provide; and to be aware of the cost of a service to the patient, the nature of the experience the patient will undergo, and the likelihood that the service will be of value to the patient. The service recommended for patients may involve permanent, temporary, or partial transfer of responsibility for the patient's care, or they may be strictly consultative, meaning that they provide information to be used directly by the referring physician, [ranging from diagnostic test results to a consultant's suggestions]. The following guidelines are important in coordinating the care of a patient who is referred for service by others:
-Whenever referring a patient for service, ensure that necessary information is given to the person providing the service. For example, there should be clear documentation of what laboratory test is required or of the facts generally needed by consultants.
-Ensure that the patient understands the reason for services that are recommended; arrange to obtain information promptly after a service has been performed; and ensure that the patient learns, as soon as is appropriate, the meaning of this information.
Patients often obtain services for medical problems without referral by their personal physician. These often include visits to the emergency room, to specialists such as opthalmologists and to "alternative practitioners" . Being aware of these visits is another way in which generalists coordinate their patients' care. When they obtain services elsewhere, patients can play an essential role in requesting that information be sent to their personal physician." Now to get to the reason, why I am posting these quotes here. If you follow the #prolife news, you know that federal judges all across the U.S. have ruled that women who want abortions do not need medical information as to the risks involved or the stage of development of their preborn offspring. And that those women [who in my opinion are stupid enough to be deceived by the lies of Planned Parenthood] don't need referrals to emergency rooms by their womb-assassin/abortionist if they develop life-threatening complications such as bleeding to death. And furthermore, most federal judges who are told how to rule by Dept of Justice's ignore-the- federal -written- laws-AG-Holder, also ruled that women don't need medically qualified abortionists who meet medical standards of care and are able to be admitted in good faith as a medical practitioner to a hospital that gives acute care. So, in essence, federal Judges made abortion a back-alley , substandard procedure that risks life and uterus of the women involved.

But I know for certain that one of the accomplices of DBP who lives in Colorado dyes her hair a platinum [false looking] blond because she's old and gray- headed if hair not dyed blond. That is a statement of fact relevant to an on-going investigation into who is using my name and identity. I have been reported as blond yet I have NEVER been blond and NEVER dyed my hair. If you see my selfie from 15-March-2014 on about me page, you see the slight grey tendrils at my temples in my brown hair. I reason I earned them! And I'm keeping them. Also, statement of fact: I am not subject to censorship or employer laws or ngo laws. I am a private US citizen by birth and draw, paint, photograph, blog, and tweet from my own private apartment. I always sign the art I create unless I have not finished it and plan to re-draw it or re-paint it. I do not have not for profit and never did.
