5. Bylaws of the governing body shall acknowledge that depart-ment surveyors shall be allowed to inspect the facility at any time the facility is in operation. Surveyors shall have due regard for the med-ical condition and reasonable privacy of the on-site patients ...

7. The governing body, through the administrator, shall establish criteria for the content of patient records and shall provide for timely completion of those records and disciplinary action for noncompliance ...

8. The governing body, through the administrator, shall ensure that the abortion facility abides by all applicable state and federal laws and regulations. This shall include, but not be limited to, compliance with Chapter 188, RSMo[.], 13 CSR 70-3.030(3),

failure to notify pathology lab of failed abortion within twenty-four (24) hours,

failure to ensure the physician providing informed consent to the patient is the physician who performs the procedure,

failure to ensure all medical records associated with abortions accurately reflect the date and time the record was created,

failure to ensure the physician who performs the abortion performs a pelvic exam at least seventy-two (72) hours before an abortion unless, in the physician’s clinical judgment, such pelvic exam is not medically necessary ; and said physician documents the reason for such determination,

failure of any physician, nurse, or other health care provider, or their contracted agents, to cooperate with any Department of Health and Senior Services investigator upon written request of the investigator,

failure to ensure all employees participate in annual fire drill,

failure to ensure policies are written in accordance with regulatory requirements,

failure to ensure endotracheal equipment is maintained and that staff is aware of the location of the equipment,

failure to follow acceptable sterilization standards for surgery instruments and equipment,

or failure to maintain controlled substance logs in accordance with published regulations.

Any violation of law or regulation shall be immediately referred, in writing, with details of said violation or violations, to the Medicaid Audit and Compliance Unit of the Department of Social Services.

9. The governing body, through the administrator, shall be responsible for developing, implementing, and enforcing a policy to ensure protection of facility employees, physicians, and volunteers from retaliation or adverse employer actions by the facility for disclosing information regarding alleged infection control concerns; alleged facility mismanagement or fraudulent activity; or alleged violations of state of federal law or regulations regarding patient care, patient safety, or facility safety ..."

All I can say to this is thank GOD for the PROLIFE state Governor and state Legislature of Missouri. I am praying they are bold enough, brave enough and fortified by GOD Himself to push to overturn Roe by joining the petititon by Mississippi and Florida to U S Supreme Court in 1st Dec 2021 case to overturn Roe.

My very brief summary of it : Guillain-Barre Syndrome [GBS] is a neurological consequence of covid vaccine and so is "thrombosis thrombocytopenia syndrome" with Janssen/ JandJ vaccine and AstroZeneca; with no prior patient history of risks, so development of complications was not predictable. "Long covid"causes brain fog and heart symptoms. VAERS is abbreviation for U S FDA/CDC"s Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System. To report a complication of covid vaccine(s) see patient information, which has links to VAERS. Patient, family, or "health care provider" can report complications even on paper form if person does not have internet.

Signs and Symptoms of Guillain-Barre Syndrome from World Health Organization:

"The WHO lists the following symptoms for the Guillain-Barré syndrome:

* The first symptoms include weakness or tingling sensation, which usually start in the legs, and can spread to the arms and face.

* For some people, these symptoms can lead to paralysis of the legs, arms, or muscles in the face.

* In 20 to 30 percent of cases, the chest muscles are affected, making it hard to breathe.

*  In severe cases, the ability to speak and swallow may become affected. These cases are considered life-threatening, and affected individuals should be treated in intensive-care units.

According to the NINDS, the types of GBS include acute inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy (AIDP) — the most common type in the US— acute motor axonal neuropathy (AMAN), and acute motor-sensory axonal neuropathy (AMSAN). Miller-Fisher syndrome is a rare, acquired nerve disease and a variant of GBS.

What treatment does it require?

* There is no known cure for GBS but there are treatments that can help improve symptoms of GBS and shorten the recovery time.[end quote]

There are many articles in the news over July4th weekened about covid vaccinations. I am including snippets and the source of them so people can read them. [My comments are: The Nuremberg Code of International Law is specific rules about research on humans. It includes the rule that humans must give consent to be subjected to medical experiments. For doctors and nurses to be forced to accept medicines injected into their bodies that they do not want, violates The Nuremberg Code of Law on human research that was adopted by most countries, including the United States, after the horrible Nazi medical experiements on Jews. 10) Deaths reported after covid vaccination:

[My comment: putting DNA samples of humans into a database without their consent also violates The Nuremberg Code of Law in my opinion, precisely because DNA is specific to each human and is an absolute identifier of that human that could be used to persecute people for political activities, ethnicity, religious faith, etc. ]

CDC issues mandatory mask rule

For those who do not know, the U S Center for Disease Control has authority to issue mandatory quarantines and other rules that affect the public's health. I, gloriapoole, Gloria Poole,Registered Nurse, artist, writer, photographer, blogger, author, am posting this news to this blog of mine which I use primarily for public health news:

CDC issues new public health rules:

Quoting article:

"Starting early next week, travelers and commuters will be required to wear face masks on nearly all forms of public transportation as part of a sweeping new order from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention aimed at slowing the spread of the coronavirus"

The order, issued late Friday, will require masks to be worn by "all passengers on public conveyances" traveling into or within the United States, including airplanes, ships, ferries, trains, subways, buses, taxis and ride-shares. Coverings will also be required at transportation hubs like airports, bus terminals, and train or subway stations. The new guidelines take effect at 11:59 p.m. ET on Feb. 1."...11-page order signed by Dr. Martin Cetron, director of the CDC's Division of Global Migration and Quarantine."

This is a big deal for the United States. Mandatory rules about what clothing citizens wear incites anger in most citizens. Only those who have education and job experience working in the public health sector can appreciate the need for such drastic measures. Some consider such rules a violation of civil liberities of U S citizens.

I am doing my part to inform the public of this. As for this blog it has always been my blog or one of them. Cyber-thugs try often to steal my name and my content on the web and it is an on-going battle of wits. Some people sadly are too stupid to know that stealing people's real names and their professional titles are crimes at the federal level and at the city/state level also.

5G has radiation risks and virus has morphed

I, Gloria Poole, Registered Nurse, artist, writer, author,of/in Springfield Missouri, am posting this news to this blog which I use as my public health information blog. I read this news today and thinks the public should be aware of this.

This article is about the risks of the 5G network being built across U.S.

I quote from article:

We should err on the side of caution and stop the global roll out of 5G (fifth generation) telecoms networks until we are certain this technology is completely safe, urges an expert in an opinion piece published online in the Journal of Epidemiology & Community Health....

But the transmitter density required for 5G means that more people will be exposed to radio frequency electromagnetic fields (RF-EMFs), and at levels that emerging evidence suggests, are potentially harmful to health, argues Professor John William Frank, Usher Institute, University of Edinburgh"...

5G uses much higher frequency (3 to 300GHz) radio waves than in the past and it makes use of very new — and relatively unevaluated, in terms of safety — supportive technology to enable this higher data transmission capacity, points out Professor Frank.

Its inherent fragility means that transmission boosting ‘cell’ antennae are generally required every 100-300 m — which is far more spatially dense than the transmission masts required for older 2G, 3G and 4G technology, using lower frequency waves, he says....

“a growing number of engineers, scientists, and doctors internationally…calling on governments to raise their safety standards for RF-EMFs, commission more and better research, and hold off on further increases in public exposure, pending clearer evidence of safety,” he writes...

Recent reviews of lab data on RF-EMFs indicate that exposures can produce wide-ranging effects, including reproductive, fetal, oncological, neuropsychiatric, skin, eye and immunological....
